kaybeestays.in is a simple information site for Kaybee Stays. We keep the data we handle to a minimum.
What we don't do
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts.
- No forms on this site: we don't collect your name, phone number or email here.
The "Check dates & get a quote" and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the dates, number of guests and pet details you chose. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages are then handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp's privacy policy, and by us only to answer your enquiry and manage your stay.
Availability calendar
The calendar shows which nights are already booked. It is generated from our booking calendar and contains dates only, never guest details.
Guest IDs
For confirmed bookings we ask for a government photo ID for every guest, as required for short stays. IDs are shared with us on WhatsApp, used only for check-in and legal requirements, and never published.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting (Amazon Web Services) records technical access logs: IP address, page requested, browser type and time. We use them only for security and troubleshooting, and they are deleted automatically after 90 days.
